How do I access the boutique?

There are two ways to access it. Go to or if you are a presenter, you can log into your back office and follow these instructions

Why am I only able to check out in USD?

Since everything is shipping from Utah, we need to collect USD. We know this is not ideal and you may accrue come additional fees after the conversion rate, which we apologize for, but we appreciate your understanding.


What is the return policy?

You can return your item for a full refund. There will be no exchanges. You must contact Customer Care within 7 days of receiving the package. They will provide you with an RMA and return shipping address.


Is there a way to pay for expedited shipping?

As of right now, no. However, this is something we are working on and will communicate once it becomes available.


How can I return or exchange my Younique product(s)?

To return an item, please contact Customer Care with your Order ID. Customer Care will be able to provide you with your order-specific return instructions and your unique RMA number, which is required to process any return with Younique.

What is an RMA number, and why do I need it?

RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization, and is a personalized number assigned to your return request that our Shipping Department requires in order to process your refund. If our Shipping Department receives a return without the aforementioned RMA, it causes further investigation and may significantly delay your refund and/or exchange.

Should I contact Customer Care each time I return product to Younique?

Yes! Customer Care will issue a unique RMA for every return. This number is required in order to process your refund within our Return Facility.


What should I include in my return package?

Please include in your return package the following items:

  • All products you intend to return
  • Your completed RMA form

You will receive the RMA form to complete when you contact Customer Care regarding your return.

What is the difference between the boutique and print shop?

Younique boutique is for branded swag. Print shop is for any personalized business materials you may need. This included customizable business cards, catalogs, banner etc. where the boutique is more apparel, office supplies, and other fun swag.
